SHIPPING POLICY
I can usually ship pots within 3 - 4 days of your purchase of the items. Pots will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 2-3 days. I try to be ecoconscious and use recycled packing materials whenever possible. Particularly fragile pots will be double-boxed to ensure arrival without damage. I will contact you when the item has shipped. If you need a different shipping carrier, please contact me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If a purchase arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a refund or an exchange. Photos of the damaged item will be required. Since most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, a similar piece may not available for exchange.
